Verdict independence

BUY, WAIT, SKIP, rent, borrow, corded and not-needed remain valid outcomes whether or not Panlu can monetize them. A paid relationship cannot upgrade evidence, change a recommendation or move an offer above a better-qualified third-party option.

Transaction-ready offer gate

• Exact SKU and included items are identified.
• Seller, fulfillment, return terms and warranty path are stated.
• Authorized-seller status is confirmed before an offer is treated as transaction-ready.
• Total delivered cost is available. Item price alone remains reference-only.

Offers that fail the gate may appear only as labeled reference evidence. Unknown seller authorization, shipping, tax or checkout cost cannot be hidden behind a low item price.

Offer ordering

Eligible offers are ordered by total checkout cost, then stable seller and offer identifiers; total delivered cost remains the public comparison basis. Commission is not an input. Panlu may recommend a non-affiliate or third-party seller when it is the stronger qualified offer.

Garage and order boundaries

A click, checkout or Bought marker does not automatically add tools to My Garage. Garage intake requires a separate confirmation, preserves unknown kit components, and creates an undo snapshot. Returns, cancellations and refunds must be reconciled explicitly so ownership records can be reversed without erasing purchase history.

Audit and corrections

This policy was last verified on July 13, 2026. Material changes require a dated policy revision and regression tests for verdict independence, offer eligibility and Garage separation. Report a conflict, ranking concern or incorrect seller claim through the corrections entry.
